Flint Group Announces Four Promotions
The Flint Group is proud to announce the promotions of Jessica Stauber, Kelly Harth, Peggy Johnson and Andy Ganoe.
Jessica Stauber has been promoted to vice president. She guides the WestmorelandFlint office, focuses on continuing and developing strong client relationships, and provides strategic marketing direction for clients. Stauber has played a significant role in the agency's growth over the last 10 years, serving in various positions including director of creative services and director of account services.
Kelly Harth has been promoted to manager of creative services. She manages all aspects of the creative team, from workflow to staff development. In addition to her role as manager of creative services, Harth also serves as senior copywriter. She has worked as a copywriter at WestmorelandFlint for four years.
Peggy Johnson has been promoted to operations coordinator. In this role, she works with human resources on recruiting, hiring and transitioning new staff. She is also involved with office operations and logistics. Johnson has been with WestmorelandFlint for more than two years.
Andy Ganoe has been promoted to lead developer at Flint Interactive. He will focus on staff development, quality assurance and interactive processes in addition to web development. Ganoe is also involved with information architecture, web design and user experience, as it relates to development capabilities and estimates. He has been a web developer with Flint Interactive for seven years.
